This course is designed to support Customer Service Representatives in building the skills and confidence needed to deliver excellent customer experiences. Through a series of practical, bite-sized modules, you’ll develop key capabilities in communication, problem-solving, and handling a range of customer scenarios.

As you progress, you’ll continue to upskill over time—unlocking new knowledge and demonstrating your readiness to work across additional queues.
